Help travellers fly prepared
FlyingWith builds free tools that help people prepare for a flight: a baggage size checker, a trip checklist planner, a packing list, an expense splitter and plain-language guides, published in English, French and Spanish and built from the official rules of airlines and public authorities.
Travellers across Canada, the United States and Europe use the tools before they fly, and our short travel videos reach tens of thousands of viewers every month. We are a small, remote team today, and we would rather meet the right people early than rush a hire later.
We are not actively hiring today.

Travel Content Writer & Guide Researcher
Turn airlines' official rules into guides a tired traveller can understand in one read. You would research the source, write it plainly, and keep hundreds of pages accurate as rules change.
Short-Form Video Creator & Editor
Turn our tools into ten-second travel debates people cannot resist answering. You would script, cut and caption vertical videos that send viewers to the baggage checker and the checklist.
Next.js Developer
Build the next free tools and keep the existing ones fast on a modest phone. You would ship in TypeScript across three languages, with performance budgets and tests as part of the craft.
Airline & Travel Data Researcher
Keep our data honest: verify baggage allowances, airport facts and rule changes against official sources, and flag anything we can no longer prove. Accuracy is the whole job.
Community & Social Media Lead
Run the daily conversation around our travel debates: post, reply, spot the questions travellers keep asking, and turn them into the next tool or guide.
