01Official rules: check your route before departure
Check the official entry guidance for your citizenship, residence and itinerary, including any transit country. Keep your return or onward booking and accommodation details with your travel documents. Confirm your own requirements before paying for non-refundable services.
02Airport transport: confirm the destination and price
Lynden Pindling International Airport lists taxi stands outside its US, international and domestic terminals, plus transfer and rental options. Use the exact accommodation name and entrance when arranging a ride.
Before confirming a taxi or transfer, ask for the complete price, payment method and any luggage or bridge charges. For a prebooked vehicle, save the meeting instructions and what happens if your flight is delayed. Confirm a child seat or mobility requirement in writing; a vehicle category alone is not enough.
03On the ground: separate accommodation from day access
Atlantis offers day passes for visitors without an overnight stay. Check the selected pass, date, availability and inclusions directly before planning your day. A photograph of the resort does not establish access to its pools, beaches or activities.
Compare the total outing: admission, transport both ways, food, any extras and the cancellation conditions. Avoid putting a timed activity immediately after your arrival flight. If you are staying at a resort, ask which facilities are included in your particular booking.
04Optional courtesies
Ask before photographing people or entering an area marked for guests. Follow the signs and staff instructions at your chosen beach or attraction. Keep speakers off in shared spaces and take your belongings and litter with you.
05Build a flexible first day
Begin with luggage drop-off, a meal and a short outing close to where you are staying. Save a separate day for a resort pass or a longer excursion so that a late arrival does not consume a prepaid activity.
Keep the return pickup point and provider’s contact details offline. Before a boat outing, ask the operator about current weather, boarding access and its cancellation terms. For the flight home, plan from your accommodation to the terminal, including checkout and luggage collection.
