What it asks

  • Who or what you're travelling with: a baby, kids, a pet, mobility or medical needs, a serious allergy, or nobody but you.
  • What matters most on this trip: cost, comfort, keeping it low-stress, adventure, or rest.
  • Anything else going on, such as a first flight for someone, flying feeling stressful, or a work trip.
  • Roughly how long the trip is.
  • Anything about the flight itself: a long-haul or overnight flight, one or more connections, or a tight timeline getting to the airport.

What you get

  • A short written summary of the trip you've described, in plain language.
  • A checklist of things to do and ask about, assembled from the tips already published on this site's scenario pages, in the same wording.
  • A print button, so the checklist can go on paper or into a PDF.

How it works

Five questions, answered by tapping options. Your answers and checked steps stay in this browser tab and return after a reload. They are not sent to us or Trip.com. You can print your checklist, save a PDF copy or download a calendar reminder. Files stay wherever you save or import them. “Clear this plan” removes the saved browser copy.

What it isn't

It doesn't search flights, compare fares or book anything, and it doesn't know your dates, route or airline. The checklist is general preparation drawn from this site's own guidance, so treat it as a starting point and confirm anything airline-specific with your airline.
